emergency egg blocked?

Any suggestions for a chicken sluggish for 4 days now. 2 days ago passed a large no shell egg and thought she would feel better. She has been sluggish ever since and today went off her feed and stayed on coop floor all day. Butt was messy so I cleaned her up, but she definately does not feel well and has a swollen abdomen....help I'm very attached to her
