Emergency ! Help needed !

My hen stopped eating few weeks back and was also not able to walk . I used to feed her myself. gave her apple cider and mashed garlic too. Soon she started walking and became active again. I just picked her up and her abdomen was swollen like it will burst. When I tried to empty it to relieve the pressure it fell off , the whole abdomen sack . It was filled with poop. I am really worried now as in place of stomach sack there is a huge hole from which i can even see inside. I applied anti infamatory gel on the sides after cleaning it up . Attaching picture , can someone see and advise what is this and why is this happening and if this is life threatning! Any kind of suggestions or help is welcomed. Thank you.

Shes fine for now. Got a fresh crop for her which will be surgically attached to her . I hope it works.

Crop bound is not a thing. Oyster shell has nothing to do with this. You’re just adding confusion to an already upsetting situation. Please stop.

None of us have ever heard of a crop transplant, or a vet that would slaughter another chicken to acquire it's crop.

Guys I'm 99% sure this is a troll post. None of this makes any sense, especially the 'crop transplant' bit. There's no such thing. I think either OP is very confused or just decided to make a fake post.
