Have you dewormed? I would separate all the sickly one from the well appearing ones. You may have to cull the sick if they're dying. But get gloves and keep everything separate from the ones without symptoms.

I used strong bleach 10% solution with water disinfecting before chicks arrival. My other concern is that i have other 3 days old chicks (700) near them( wall divided). Can it transmitt to them?

Does the wall have holes in it? Or is it a solid divide? You can give it to them if it’s contagious if you carry it on your shoes/hands/clothes so wash everything when you go in between them

Ok good, maybe treat for wry neck as I heard from another member that amprolium can cause vitamin deficiencies
So is it better to stop the amprolium now as the vet said ishould give them amprolium and oxytetracycline with high dosage

You've got a massive undertaking do you have any help? We really don't know what it is, just offering suggestions. It's better safe than sorry. If you can quarantine the sick you may be able to save the rest if it's spreading as fast as it sounds.

They need separate feed, water, everything. I would get disposable gloves, and either booties, you can put over your shoes and discard or wear separate shoes when entering each area.

I'm not versed in the treatment for wry neck, but you may need to give them some supplements, but check with the vet on that to make sure it doesn't interfere with their prescription.
