You need to tap her abdomen and evaluate the fluid. Clear it's ascites, cloudy yellow, internal layer, brown internal layer gone septic.
There is a very small chance she will survive. If she survives, in all likelihood she will never lay again. Having gotten so large, she will have internal organ damage.
Find videos on draining a chicken. If it is ascites, get a 16 or 14 gauge needle and don't remove more than 300 cc's of fluid. Doing so can send her into shock. You will have to monitor her and drain her occasionally.
If she's internally laying, she's terminal at this point. Surgery is the only option, it starts in the $2000 range and she likely won't survive due to stress on her heart. If she does survive, they will have to remove her entire reproductive system. She can never lay again.
