No, mycoplasma is only contagious to other chickens and poultry, but not to humans or other animals.
Ok when they're older if they don't show symptoms can they still spread this to the other older girls? Or only when they have symptoms?
 
Soonest I can get it delivered is 1 week on the website you recommend. I can't find the powder anywhere else and not sure if I can get a vet to send over a script for me. Should they be ok for a week?

Hard to know. Some people do not treat with antibiotics, but cull sick birds. You could see how it goes. If you lose one, call your state vet and get a necropsy. That is the easiest way to a diagnosis. Here is a list of state vets to contact for necropsy:

@Eggcessive i was able to get tiagard 12.5% (tiamulin hydrogren fumarate) do you know the dosage for this situation for chicks? I've been trying to find it online with no luck.

I have never used Tiamulin, but here are 2 threads about it below. It is supposed to be given in water, but it tastes bad. If you give it in water read the first thread Dawg53’s posts.

For individual dosing the 12.5% tiamulin or Denagard is 0.09 ml (less than 0.1ml) given orally twice a day. Read post 2 here where she corrected a previous dosage:
