EMERGENCY! Rooster needs help to keep surviving

Yes I know. For what it’s worth that looks to be a 2yr old grey/hatch gamecock. This bird just wandering around a yard would be willing to fight another rooster. They aren’t trained by people. I may be totally wrong and if I am I will be the first to admit it and apologize.
I have two Kelso cocks that I adopted from a sanctuary who pulled them from a bus they don't go waltzing around attacking people in fact thatdbthe last thing they want to do, one with more anxiety didn't even fight to be a part of the pecking order and was scalped and had to be vetted and now lives in a separate pen with some ladies and a younger rooster he is helping parent. While game birds are known for fighting they really don't go out of their way to have them even ones forced into it, I'm not saying your wrong but as someone who has rescued game birds I really hate for them to have that kind of reputation.

Glad to see we’re back on track here. Let’s stop speculating and bickering, see if the poster gets back to us... hopefully we haven’t soured the thread to the point that we don’t get to find out how he does and help a little more.

I could very well end up in a similar situation myself, I’ve got too many cockerels and not enough room, and we should give the benefit of doubt that this was at worst malicious neighbors, or possibly just an honest mistake from inexperience. None of us are there, so any judgement is speculation on our part and not going to improve the situation.

Oh thanks. I had no idea. I appreciate the information.

Any person who forces or incites or cozens brutality in living things to satisfy their bloodlust deserves the punishment inflicted by an outraged Law, after an impartial hearing and Just sentence.
They call that a ... Felony. It can carry up to 100k in fines and up to 20 years in prison.
