EMERGENCY VERY INFECTED VENT

My choice is Enrofloxacin (Baytril), but it has to be prescribed by a vet here in California.
Did you know that it's easy to get Baytril without a prescription in the entire USA? Just google "baytril for birds" or Enfloxil and you find tons of pigeon and gamebird sites that will sell to anyone, no prescription required.

I’m not sure how to do that, it isn’t like a scab or anything it’s like her flesh just turned yellow.

Pictures can be unclear, you have a better view, so do not remove anything that you feel is part of her flesh. You can make her injury worse.

Just keep the area clean and apply a thick layer of antibiotic ointment, like Neosporin (without pain reliever).

Thank you very much, I just ordered the baytril online. Until it arrives do I just soak her and keep it clean and covered in neosporin? Also I just want want to thank you again for all your advice you have no idea how much that helped I had no idea what to do! :) Thank you so much for giving my hen a chance.
