I gave her one does of 1 mL corid, 1 pea sized dose of safeguard equine fenbenzadole and about the same thing for the ivermectin. I’ve been giving her syringes of water with vitamins in it to make sure she stays hydrated. I’m in Alabama

Getting better during the day and worse at night is likely a respiratory illness like Infectious Bronchitis. This is a virus, so it has to run it's course-antibiotics will only treat secondary bacterial infections.

I would try using something like VetRx for a few nights in a row to see if that give her some relief. If she worsens, develops a runny nose/eyes, etc., then antibiotics may help. Do what you can to keep her drinking.

Your state lab services can be found here, it would be worth looking into. http://agi.alabama.gov/divisions/veterinary-diagnostic-labs/services

fwiw-Dosage for Corid is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon of water or
2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water-this is given for 5-7 as the only source of drinking water.
Safequard dosage is 0.23 ml per pound of weight given 5days in a row. Paste can be drawn up in a syringe if needed. A pea sized dollop is hard to measure and may not be that accurate.
Ivermectin- a lot depends on the brand-since you mention you gave a pea size as well, dosing may have been off- Ivermectin is repeated in 10-14days.

And now she got sick Tuesday and I got them Saturday so far everyone else is doing good and they keep giving soft shelled eggs that they keep eating so we’re building up calcium with oyster shells

Soft shelled eggs can be from a number of things. Since she is exhibiting respiratory illness, most likely this is the cause. Stress from the move can cause birds to become symptomatic. I'm not a vet, nor an expert, but she is clearly having difficulties. I'm hesitant to suggest administering anything else, since she has been given so many things in such a short period of time. You could try injectable Tylan50 to see if that makes a difference. You will need to weigh her so you give her to correct dosage. Do you have a Tractor Supply nearby that carries Tylan50?
