Do you have a video of her so we can see her actions (the gaping)? Upload videos to youtube then provide us a link.
Is her crop emptying overnight?
Are the mites and lice gone-do you see anymore of those, did you treat with a permethrin based poultry spray or dust, or did the Ivermectin take care of that?

With all the meds/treatments you have administered in such a short time period. I would just wait and see if she improves.

The picking up of the food/playing with it-what type of food are you giving? Pretending to eat, she may be having some crop issues. Watch to see that she is drinking well, try offering feed wet and see that there is a source of grit (crushed granite) free choice.

Soft shelled eggs can be cause by a number of things from nutritional/vitamin deficiency to diseases like Infectious Bronchitis.

Keep us posted.

I can get a video but now the fenbenzadole seems to have helped so she’s not gasping anymore you can just see a little bit in her neck that she’s inhaling and exhaling just a bit heavier than she should. I’m feeding her nutrena 17% layer crumbles she uses her head and just goes side to side in the food but everyone else does that too. Mites are gone, crop seems to be emptying. And she is drinking water.

And she’s holding her tail all the way up now and her comb is still a little droopy but steady reddening back up!! So hopefully we will continue to make progress! Whew! That was a close call!
