Can you take your chickens to a vet, and maybe have them look at stool sample? If they are heavily infested with worms one round may not work however I would not give them more dewormer unless I knew for sure, is their poop normal looking? Do you happen to have a photo of it you could post? It really does say alot about chickens health

Oh wow! That’s pretty awesome! My neighbor has chickens also, she actually helped me get mine, and she has a duck and she’s pretty great! She doesn’t like to be touched but she is hilarious and so entertaining!!!

Well I live in a small town and we don’t have any vets that really know anything about chickens shockingly enough. I had to call a vet about the clindamycin to make sure it was ok for her to have it!
 
Her eyes look clear in the photo is there any discharge coming from her eyes or nose, that would be a very clear indication it's respiratory again the poop will say alot when it comes to worms and gapeworm you can see if you look in her throat we can try to narrow it down as much as possible. Is she eating more or less than normal?
