So this is her tonight, would appreciate any advice. Breathing was better but a little bit worse tonight comb is looking better but also shows her feathers I’m concerned about. They were fine even 3 days after she got sick then all of a sudden in a matter of a couple hours she looked like that! Don’t see how that could happen in a couple hours!!

Went from good feathers to horrible!

It has plenty that she’s in right now it’s a dog house, then she was in a temporary coop that’s nothing but hardware cloth and the new one will have plenty as well. No we don’t have anyone around here that really knows anything about chickens. I know she’s having respiratory issues but I’m trying to figure out exactly from what. Think it’s gapeworm just wanted to get other opinions to make sure it’s not respiratory infection

Gapeworm she would be coughing.

How long have you had her?
Has she laid any eggs?

If she hasn't been on your property very long, it could be coccidiosis. She may also have a respiratory disease like Infectious Bronchitis, but without testing, it's hard to know.

Saturday was a week, I treated her for corid Tuesday night, night she started showing symptoms, and nothing until I gave her fenbenzadole. No one other has laid 2 so far but she hasn’t laid any.

How many days of Corid and what was the dosage?
What dosage of Fenbendazole and for how many days?
What dosage of Ivermectin-did you use paste like Equimax or Zimectrin Gold or did you use pour-on?

Try to get her hydrated-with her breathing like that, I'm not sure how well she would be drinking.

If it's respiratory illness, some of those have to run their course.
Most state have a Veterinarian state diagnostic lab, if you tell us where you are located, we can give you your state information - some states offer more services than others.

I gave her one does of 1 mL corid, 1 pea sized dose of safeguard equine fenbenzadole and about the same thing for the ivermectin. I’ve been giving her syringes of water with vitamins in it to make sure she stays hydrated. I’m in Alabama
