Emma's SICK!! HELP!!

My Emma's been feeling low for several days now. Same thing happened two weeks ago. Isolated her, heat lamp for warmth special foods, held her did some mojo healing etc. Thought she injured herself than. After 1 week she looked fine everything good, put her back in run and coop. Now her stance is like a turkey vulture again, past 3-4 days. Head hanging low, wings low and outstretched VERY weak. Stumbling too. Also shakes sometimes. Poo is healthy normal, no mites, no cough,checked for wounds, none. Hardly eating now, not even favorite stuff- egg, yogurt, corn, greens, seems I've lost the mojo healing too.
What am I missing?

No haven't wormed her. I'm a newbie with the girls here. Would there be anything in her poo, to look for? Also, can one one have worms? What do I use and can I get it at the pet or feed store?

When did she lay her last egg?

Could her crop be impacted?

Haven't layed an egg in several weeks. She's just finishing her moult. still has some feathers coming in. Her sister is done though.
I've massaged her crop many times over the last few days.
Both girls are American Game hens. Both were not good layers though.

Worming probably wouldn't hurt. If she's sick/well/sick/well, maybe it's a hard molt.

Sorry it's taken me a bit to get back with you. Things have been a little wild here this evening.

I would use Ivomec to worm her with at this point. CUDA has a great link to treating chickens using it and I would also worm everyone. If this truly is worms, then the others might not be showing severe symptoms yet. Here is a link to CUDA's info. Never mind! My wireless mouse has gone missing, so I'm going to have to copy the info. for you.

I prefer to use Ivomec because it kills almost all kind of worms, and helps keep mites down too. You must use the Ivomec injectable, which you can purchase at any local farm supply store in the cattle medications. You will also need a syringe so you can get the medication out of the bottle.

*Treatment for adult size fowl is 6 to 7 drops orally.
*Treatment for bantam size fowl is 4 to 5 drops orally.
*Repeat treatment every 2 to 3 months.
*Do NOT eat the eggs for at least one week after treatment.

I personally wouldn't do it every 2 to 3 months, but that is up to you. I would also wait a full egg cycle (10 days) plus a few more days before you ate any of the eggs. Two full weeks would be my preference really. If you would rather go the non-chemical route, I would recommend hulled pumpkin seeds mixed with buttermilk. That is a natural de-wormer, but they have to eat it. I don't know if your hen sounds up to eating so that is why I recommend the Ivomec. I would also like to say that I am 100% sure that this is what is wrong with your hen, but I'm not a vet and this is my best guess as to what it could be given her symptoms. Just FYI! I hope she gets better.
