I have a breeding pair of emu who have a tendancy to hide their eggs until the male is ready to sit the nest. Since I don't want them to hatch out any chicks this year, I need to go on a Christmas Egg Hunt in their run.

I think I'll give a try at blowing out the eggs this year... tried once and blew one up

I know a man at church that told me that when I was ready to tell him and that he would give me one or two eggs. we are looking to move to a bigger place soon. we are looking at a 6 acre lot with hunting and wild turkeys. anyway my problem I do not know the first thing about ostriches but I would love to have some. But my problem is that I have a hova bator still air with no turner and I don't know if a egg or two will fit in it.
