(Smile) I was just thinking the same; I wondered whether successfully hatching these spectacularly sized beauties would confer the “Mother of Dragons” title, on you….as in the Game of Thrones series.

They will be standard colored, being my first emu hatch I wasn't about to drop even more money on eggs for a blonde or white one lol

I can't even make it 3 weeks!

lol well I have a couple goose eggs due to hatch in a couple weeks that will keep me going til the emu are ready!

I'm going to follow this post, very interesting. I would love to see these hatch. For the last 20 years I wanted to get Tinamou they are a member of the ratites family also, and the brightest colored eggs on Earth. Hard to find with all the new import laws. Your eggs are very beautiful.

Sorry for the delay in updates, had some goslings hatch New Years day and things have been hectic!
I've attached a screenshot of my spreadsheet, much simpler than entering the numbers each week plus there's more details included than I'd take time to do otherwise.
I've decreased the humidity some this week hoping to get on track with weight.
Also I forgot you cannot edit the main post as many times as you like so my table is useless lol
Hopefully its large enough to make out.
