Emu Hatch A Long

Still no sign of any wiggling eggs, if I go by a 56 day hatch time instead of the minimum 49 day we're doing ok weight wise.

You and me both!
This is my first time hatching Emu, I have chickens and geese but I've never even met an Emu aside from a drive through "safari" experience when I was a kid
Hopefully all goes smoothly!

Depends on how they were raised for the most part from what I have read. Also breeding season they can get moody, that's something I have to take into account and be aware of.

Yesterday I was hearing whistles out of 3/4 eggs, all four were rocking like crazy.
I woke up today to find this little one all hatched out!
