breathing is fine except when he does that then he makes a sort of grunting noise but only sometimes he chats with sister all day, he seems perfectly healthy except when he is doing his little tucked up motion, he does it for like a minute then he shakes his head and like 'snaps out of it'...I'm hoping the vitamins tlc and low stress environment will help....
Hmm, I don't have emu yetbut the way he's acting, almost like there's a "hurt" coming from his tummy, or underside. Will he let you flip him over and take a good look at his belly? look deep under the baby fuzz, maybe a sticker or splinter even. I had a large hen doing that same thing, and found a hawthorn stuck in her tummy, poor baby! I pulled it, cleaned thoroughly and now she is just fine.
