Thanks, I agree it was really perfect for the border here. And I want more of that series! I'm about 2/3 finished quilting the wallhanging, but had to quit for the night. My back is screaming at me to take a break.

We don't have flurries, but yesterday was almost 80 and it's about 60 right now and windy. And I have to finish that pen. I have to wire the ceiling and fix the door frame, and my 3 -11 week olds can have some room-without fear of hawks. Oops! This is a quilt thread, LOL

Oh, you poor thing! Pa. no less! I lived long enought with the snow and a 200 foot driveway. That was 8 years ago and I don't regret it. You're welcome to that corner!
60 and windy would be awesome right now. Here, we're about 20*, wind howling, flurries becoming bigger flakes. Of course, when we have this kind of wind, we have power outages and I picked this date to set eggs. Swell.![]()
ETA: It's after 5 p.m. Will be around 10* tonight with windchills of 0-2*. I have most of the wallhanging quilted. Need to do the remaining three corner squares, border and binding.
Here is the backing:
