End of Day 21 one hatched one has not

Hi

we have had one Silkie bantam hatch on day 20. All fine and normal but second egg that candles fertile has not popped.

nearing end of day 21 does that mean there is a issue?

I have candles as not pipped yet. The first pip has not taken place and there is still aair gap for the chicken to pop into.

no chirping or rocking of egg. Is this likely to be a failed hatch? use a Brinsea mini advance 2. Humidity pits full in lockdown temp 37.5.

is it possible they will still hatch?

Let it be for a few more days, some people wait to day 25. It is likely not going to hatch, but you may be surprised. Good luck!
