Ari and Bri stopped to talk to each other.then started looking around again. They hadn't been able to find the girl, and were starting to get spooked thmselves from being out this late. Quietly they started back for home

Iona heard a few footsteps at the beginning of the alleyway, she walked back and saw two shadows move past the alley and continue on. It was hard to recognize them, but she did. It was those twins from earlier. She stepped out of the alley making a few noises, but decided she better not. They didn't know that people in black and guns were hunting her, and that she was homeless, so she stepped back into the alley, tripping over a can and then turning around to run and hide.

They didn't know that people in black and guns were hunting her, and that she was homeless, so she stepped back into the alley, tripping over a can and then turning around to run and hide.

Ari glanced up and made the clouds move lower to block the view of any cameras, yet not low enough to hide anyone at street level from eachother. She knew it might seem a bit odd, but tried to make it look as much like a natural fog as she could while running after the other

(it's totally plausible, If the light al around you suddenly dims, you usually take notice. And no one specified that there were. If you're using that logic, you can make anything possible.)
Leroyce looked around, as some shadows were lightened, and heard someone running. Was this their version of a prank? He shrugged and headed towards the hotel in the area, keeping a lookout for anything suspicious.

Ari glanced up and made the clouds move lower to block the view of any cameras, yet not low enough to hide anyone at street level from eachother. Iona saw it become darker and tripped over something falling to the ground with a an ompf! She groaned and got up, she quickly regained herself, hoping the twins hadn't followed her. She turned to go back, bringing her head up and meeting yellow eyes, she screamed in shock, it was a short shrilling scream that sounded like it was from a horror film. She held her chest gasping and watched the yellow tabby run away. It was just a cat, thank goodness.

Max was laying on his bed, staring out the window, watching as the sliver of the waning moon was concealed by clouds rolling in. It was starting to get late, and soon he, tired from being awake for long hours, fell asleep.

Ari and Bri came up on her as the cat was running away "Iona? Are you alright?" Ari asked as they came closer. "That's going to draw attention" Bri mentioned quietly and glanced around the darkened area

Max woke up when he heard a scream nearby. Drowsily, he opened his window to look outside for the source of the sound.

Leroyce froze when he heard a scream. Remembering seeing those two people, he headed toward where he had seen them. He may not be able to do much alone, but with his magic.. his thought trailed off, he had no idea where those people had gone.
