[Black Cochin Bantams]

Cochins come in two sizes.

The standard can weigh up to about 11 lbs for rooster and 8 1/2 for a hen. They grow slowly and mature to full size after 1 year of age.

Then there are the bantams. The rooster can weigh about 30 oz and the hen 26 oz. There are many varieties/colors of cochins. Generally a calm breed. I enjoy mine immensely.

My short experience says Brahmas and Black Australorps
