Nat - what do you do with your duck eggs?

Do you eat them?

Cook with them?

I've heard good and bad about them .. DH loves duck eggs.. but we aren't set up to have ducks ................ yet.

Good Morning! Got some neat pics from the wildlife camera last night. I'll try to post some later. You know Michelle, I might take some ducks. Keep me in mind when they hatch!

Tex... I have eaten goose eggs. I use to get them from a friend of mine and make deviled eggs out of them for the holidays. Told everyone they were jurrasic park eggs!

Lol! They were soooo big! Ha!

Where is Chickenchick this morning? They had a thing on ATV accidents and teens on Good Morning America this morning. There is going to be a special on it tonight on Nightline. It comes on here at midnight on channel 9 KMBC.

It's suppose to freeze here tonight so I am picking out Dad's tomatoes and the rest of my garden. Also grabbed some persimmons off the ground last night. Haven't cut into the seeds yet to see what kind of winter were having. Will let you know what I find when I do!

I know! Lol! I still want goats! I will have to rethink the barnlot before I get some now. Rick has rented the pastures to a neighbor for the winter. So we have to put in another gate somewhere to connect the two cause right now they are only connected by the barnlot and donkey has to have a place to hang. Oh oh.....I think this weekend Donkey is getting a girlfriend! That will sure make him happy! Too bad we had him snipped! But you know...that calms all males down alittle..He hehehe!

TEX and Michelle--I bake with them I make alot of Xmas decorations with them none of us in our family will eat them though-like in scrambeled aggs and such-tooo rich and think for my taste but for baking cakes and such yummy!!!! I have so many I dont know what to do with??? so usually I make huge 30-40 egg omelettes and feed them back to my birds as speacial weekend treats-I cut the batch and do 1/2 sat's and 1/2 Sundays

It is that time of year that I could get Bella bred and we would have a baby boer for you by spring! Well, she would have to go on a diet first. She takes after me and could stand to lose a few pounds to be healthier. However, having her on a diet makes her as cranky as having me on one. Oh shoot, we will just shop around on Craigslist instead!
