Roz--While you are moving your brooders (and clearing stuff out of the house) why don't you just move those adorable little birds up my way!
chickenchick--I had to cheat on my hairdresser at one time too. Almost the same situation as you. Our husbands worked together and she cut my and Destiny's hair forever and she too was always on the phone or otherwise preoccupied with anything but hair and it would seem like it took forever to get anything done. We lucked out, Destiny needed her hair done for something on a Saturday one time and she was not available so we had the girl in the building with her (Jennifer) do it. Not too long after that she left her husband and child and ran off to marry her cousin!
Jennifer has been doing our hair since then and does a wonderful job. The old hairdresser recently moved back and tried to get her old customers back, but I don't think she was very successful.

Tiffany--Is your A/C up and going yet? Got football tomorrow?
Last night we went to the junior high football game and it was pretty chilly out. When we left, our team was losing 48-0 and there was still 3 minutes left. Believe it or not, the second and third quarter looked really good, but we really gave up some good plays in the first and fourth. I think by the time they get to high school we might be in good shape. There are at least 2 boys that are bigger than anyone we have on the HS team!! Then of course, we went out to enjoy tacos!

Too bad you aren't here, we haven't needed the A/C for over a week now. As a matter of fact, it is downright chilly out there this morning. We haven't got rain yet, but they are still calling for it. My buddy Logan called and said he was getting wet about 45 minutes from here. (yes Des Logan called me!) So, it must be headed this way. I am sure we will have a nice cool rain right about kick off time tonight too. Thankfully we do have a roof over our bleachers!

Well I am glad I am not the only cheater. Hubby is worried about what K might say to the other wives when she finds out. I just really think it is time to switch. I have known the gal that owns the place I went to yesterday since she was fresh out of school almost 20 years ago. My sis and I were some of her very first clients, its just cool that we ended up in the same town. She married a local farmer and when they moved to town from the farm house they ended up buying the house Kenny grew up in! Small town, small world
Any idea how to handle this thing with K? I usually only see her a couple times of year at work functions outside of when she does my hair.
