that's exactly what a neighbor who is a defense lawyer said to my back door neighbor (and she & her hubby are my partners in chickens)...about me...??? Why ppl group chickens n pigs together is beyond me...I want sheep! Sheep...cheep, sheep, cheep...quack quack quack, honk honk honk...

I kind of get the idea that in order to make chickens seem WORSE than they are, they have to make some sort of comparison to an animal they perceive as smelly and dirty.(not that "I" have anything against pigs, or most other animals for that matter, though that kind of thing for me has to wait until we get moved) That may not be it at ALL though,lol. Because I have no clue how her mind operates.
