I have a question,Im not looking for an argument but facts. Ive recently purchased 12 raja asil hatching eggs. My question is about the Raja part. According to the historical information Ive dug up asil were named after location, coloring or body type. The one book I was able to find that addressed this question specifically said the Raja was NOT mentioned in any historical texts in association with asils as a specific type.

I understand that people name breed lines,the term Raja Asil seems to be of Anglo invention to promote $$$ at least that's what I came away with after my reading. It's also came to signify a 5 to 6 # bird of any color? Any insights would be appreciated. What does Raja Asil mean to YOU.
