I found this in the coop by the nest box. Is this an shell less egg? It is huge I put it next to a plastic Easter egg for comparison. It feels like there is something a little crunchy in it like an thin walled egg!! Gross. It isn't the chicken's uterus is it?

I don't know, but would love to know....we had that once with one our chickens - she hasn't laid since, so I'm thinking it's something along those lines.

Okay you made me do it LOL!! It does have a shell inside the membrane thing but it is really thin. I opened the actual shell and it looked like all yolk.
