Have you ever thought about putting the spread sheet on google. http://docs.google.com, as it is free to sign up for, you could share with everyone. They could make a copy and save it to their account and imput their own information. I use google documents alot, it is real easy to share with select people or alot of people. Several examples of this are currently being used, for different hatchs on "Mahonri's 2nd Annual BYC EASTER HATCH" thread.

With it being online no one would ever loose their copy and everyone would be using the same version.

Just a suggestion. Thought it might save you from having to sent it to everybody.
