My god...
When I removed the foreign object it did not resemble one of those botfly things though, at least compared to the images I looked up of them. Also it did not move, otherwise I would've definitely freaked out a little. Maybe it's a dead baby larva?

This morning I took some photos of her ear. It looks like there are still some leftovers in there; I don't really know if I should take it all out, since it could be natural for all I know. She's got what I assume is that same stuff on her other ear. I didn't poke too much in there since I don't want to hurt her. Should I just take her to the vet?
