Exciting New Brinsea App Controlled Incubator - Testers Journey!

Pics
We got back last night from being out of state for 4.5 days. Of course, everything was fine. I put a Blink camera in there before we left, so it was neat to show everyone not only on the app how I changed the humidity right there and what the incubator was doing, but they could also see the eggs sitting in it.

I have a very hatching-naive 4th-grade school teacher who wants to learn how to hatch eggs in class next spring. She has been here to help me set the eggs, candle the eggs twice, and put the eggs in lockdown before we left. She was my backup should I have needed anyone to run over to physically do anything, which was very doubtful, but nevertheless, nice to know.

She is on standby to come over when I see them start hatching, so hopefully, it's during the day. ☺️

Thanks everyone! ❤️ :wee So eggciting! I'll get a head count when I can.

In the dark, the camera is B&W, but it's color when the room lights up a little.

I'm looking through the lid and almost forgot these aren't all silkies. No wonder some look foreign to me. The breeder threw in some Salmon Faverolls, Polish, and Tolbunt Polish. I'm going to have to post their pictures in the "What Breed or Gender is This" forum or Google as I have no idea what's what in there now. :gig

The view your camera gives is amazing, the pictures are so clear!
Thank you. We've had these Blink cameras for about a decade. We have about 8 or so of them around the property. Kind of like deer cams in a way, but they record on the phone app. Mostly deer we see, but the other day a groundhog. Pretty harmless except if he finds our flower beds and/or garden!

We have those groundhogs here in KY too. I'm not a fan, they look too rodenty (rodents, yuck!).
