Hmm, well, it's been a while since my first and only hatchalong back in January. Guess I could. I'll see what my schedule looks like because as you know, they take a bit of time to keep them updated and to stay in touch with everyone in it. I've joined so many and lost track of a few of them.

We have our current ones set up in our bedroom. We bought a cabinet just for incubating.

We are setting up my oldest one in the basement bedroom for overflow, as next spring, I knew I'd need another incubator! We have several beautiful silkies reaching adulthood and a new coop coming to set up breeding pens.

I am getting started on setting up the app. The instructions are to go to the app store and download the Brinsea Connect app. I did go to the Brinsea website to see if there is a link to the app, but there is not, maybe there will be after the official product launch? My preference is to always use a link through the website to be 100% sure I'm getting the right thing, but going to the app store and typing in "Brinsea", Brinsea Connect popped up as a search option, easy enough!



The first time I opened the app, it got to the sign in / create new account page and shut itself down. I clicked on the button again to relaunch the app and it opened up the Create An Account page. Creating the account was simple.

I downloaded the app too. At first, I was a little confused, because I already had a Brinsea account & was trying to login using that email & password, but kept getting a message saying something like "user not found". Then I realized I had to make a "Brinsea Connect" account.

Interesting! This is probably the kinds of stuff that would be good to document and send to them as feedback!
