Not in Idaho. Here, you cannot get the state to put up a "SLOW children at play" sign, because according to the police, and I quote "The street is for cars, not children." I once had some kids riding their bikes, very slowly, in the street, enjoying slowing down the traffic. My truck has air horns mounted in the grille. Hoowee, I enjoyed that.

I need to get me one of them. I want to sound like a semi when I honk at people....lol

Some day I'll probably end up with a broken arm from an airbag....but when I have to stomp on the brake I lay on the horn too.

Clearly, you are a highly intelligent person. LOL! Their videos are so obnoxious... I requested a video of them waiting for someone to lick an ice cream cone... [HONK!]

That is what we need! Our truck has such a bad horn, we call it the "sissy horn". I think it came from a kiddie amusement park ride.

While visiting my sister in Kentucky last weekend, she nearly hit 2 carny guys walking through the parking lot. They were walking along the side of the road that runs through the lot, she was driving, coming up behind them. They just stepped out into the road! They didnt even turn around and look to see if anything was coming. These men looked to be in their 50s. She was going very slow but still had to hit her brakes hard. She also honked her horn and they looked startled, like they didnt realize a vehicle just might be on the road.

I was driving a school bus today, trying to make a right turn, a lady was walking her dogs in the street. No sidewalks. She wouldn't move onto the grass and let me pass she just kept walking in front of the bus. When I walk on the road by my house, when a car, truck, bus what ever comes up behind me, I step to the side and let them pass. I was not able to get around here for at least 3 blocks. Then when I did, I had to come up on her again this time she was walking towards me, she and her dogs were taking up both lanes again, I had to stop in the middle of the street and let her pass me, I mean really, get out of the way. It is common sense. If one of the dogs would have darted just a few inches it would have been under the bus. Not what I want to happen. Just use common sense, if a car is nearing you, move over so it can pass you safely!
