My entire flock gets fed this

And they get all kinds of extra stuff mealworms, red wigglers, celery leaves, cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, watermelon, zucchini, bell peppers they are crazy spoiled

I have 44chickens, 8ducks, 6turkeys and 147quail and I raise my own mealworms and they get veggies from the garden/greenhouse i make there food fresh my flock is very spoiled and fat i also have 3 rabbits that hang out with my flock during the day

Do you ever gave any trouble with some many quail with fighting or getting hurt trying to fly away?

Nope my quail pen and run is pretty big so they have plenty of room their coop is 8x6 and their run is 4ft wide and 12ft long and they have hollow logs a long feeder and waterer they are pvc pipes i drilled holes in and straw for bedding and hide in and i made them litte caves they're nestboxes flipped upside-down they love them and a pile of sticks you just have to make sure they feel safe and occupied

Nope the way I have it set up they don't have a chance to fight over eggs they drop through the wire floor and they can't get to them and their are so many hens there is plenty to go around and crazy amounts of nesting area's for them they don't fight over them

Thank you for sharing this! I’m going to attempt to gather ingredients from this list! Do you ferment their food ever? I’ve been reading a lot about that and how it saves money in the long run.

I have never fermented my feed I make this every 2 days or every other day I have 47chickens, 8ducks, 147quail and now 18turkeys and they eat alot so 20lbs doesn't last me very long
