explain this to me?

I just got back from a 5 day camping trip.. the day before i left i got my first egg.. the day i left i got one more! YAY! well i come home today thinkin i would have maybe 10 eggs or so from my 8 hens, and well... there are 19 eggs in my frige that werent there!! my house sitter said they were amazed at the amount of eggs they found.. so obviously, it can happen but i didnt know that my GSL could lay more than one a day? lol i dont care the more eggs the better!

Good grief! I would think you will be taking deviled eggs to work with you on Monday. I got my first egg today out of my RIR. I thought my leghorn would be first but I think shes a dud! My husband had it in the pan within 5 minutes... I barely got pics before he ate it!
