Exploded Egg Mess

I'm a real novice here...but if the protective bloom is on the egg won't it protect them from any bacteria? Or are you worried they will have a difficult time getting out of the shell if
It's covered in dried stuff? I think if the bloom protects the egg from poop it would certainly protect it from yolk.
HI WELCOME, It's an all new ball game when your dealing with eggs that were next to others that had exploded.. It decreases your hatching rate, ALTHOUGH I have hatched out some babies due to exploded eggs..

OK, first question, Does the bator smell at all with those eggs? Second, if you were misting them this would actually be a good thing. Why because although misting doesn't take off the Bloom it would actually loosen up the nasty stuff on the egg and guess what? you can take your dry paper towel or whatever you may use and get it off.

But since you are not doing that we come up with alternatives. Do you have any OXINE???

being left on the nest for 30ish hours would definitely cause some stickiness.. but I wouldn't worry about that right now. As we get closer to hatching I can give you a little secret on how to help with that.

Your main concern at this point should be the splattered yolk on the eggs, this will block those pours and they won't get the right amount of oxygen. There are three basic necessary things that hatching eggs need: temp, humidity and oxygen. So I think we should work on getting them semi cleaned..

if you can send pic of what they look like, we could probably fix your main issue...

Ok I will upload pics tomorrow when I can get to Internet. 1 egg quit tonight. NOT the horrible one. I can mist. Should I mist after wiping eggs, or raise humidity?s

Smell comes from eggs not bator. Very good movement in all 4 eggs. Smell has lessend from yesterday. Used coarse ish washcloth, dry, misted eggs, wiped eggs. Removed 85% of gunk. Smell had dissipated before wipe down.
