External pip, no progress

Hi everyone,
I woke up this morning and went straight to the incubator and one of my eggs pipped. That was around 7:20. Not sure how long it was open before I saw it. My question is there has been no progress since this am and it is now 6 pm, so nearly 12 hours later. Not sure if I should be concerned yet. Advice/ reassurance appreciated! Or you can just call me silly! I'm including a picture for your reference.

My humidity has stayed around 69% in case that helps.

If it's still pecking and chirping it will be fine. Mine sometimes take 24 hours after external pip to hatch

Thank you so much for the support! All my babies hatched fine, I was just being ridiculous!
