External pip on bottom should i roll it to the top?

Hello! Its day 30 and i finally found am external pip on my welsh harlequin!! Yay!! But it was on the of the side it was laying. Instinct kicked in to say that might make it more difficult for the resr of the hatch so i gently rolled the rgg to where the external pip was facing up. Was that okay to do? Can anyone confirm if that is best practice when you see pips like that? Thank you!
