You would be surprised at how many will ship junk knowingly. All they see is $$. I am sorry you got stung by a less than reputable seller.

That is the exact reason I am glad that I have lost every bid I have done on ebay so now I just look for anyone here that maybe selling and if I want it I pm and mark sold. This guy would get a good piece of my mine. I am so sorry i have some dominique eggs if you like I will ship them if you want them. Just let me know.
