I can't believe that he received feedback about the way eggs were packaged previously and continued to do it this way! You're much more generous with the feedback than I would have been. Did he ever explain the reason for the dates and the poor packaging?

Its too bad that idiots like that ruin it for the egg sellers on ebay that actually ship fresh eggs packed carefully, like meI make a nest with crumpled newspaper, rolled newspaper around the sides. then each egg is individually wrapped with bubble wrap. I send out the freshest, best looking eggs. And the shipping charges! some people are nuts! I charge actual weight charges, the cost of bubble wrap, I just eat that cost. I hope you give him a bad feedback!

I see most of the time he sells 4 eggs. That would be a cinch to wrap those and shipping would be about 4.00

You can contact e-bay direct too if you don't get any satisfaction/replacement/reimbursement from the seller...They need to know about people like that

Thanks...as upset as I was...I wanted to give him a chance to make it right...and he kind of did...so I'll just do the neutral thing & call it good. He already left me positive feedback.

I would hope he did more than just positive feedback. I would take a refund of at least the extremely high shipping to make me happy. It does sound like he did try to do something at least. But still... Fresh eggs??? Come on!
