Eye injury in chick

Hello everyone! I have some wild chickens that come into my yard often, some of them are young chickens (not babies but still not crowing) there’s one rooster in that group. They always go into my roosters cage and eat his food and I always see his peck at there heads to get them away from his food I think he poked this little Roo’s eye this time it was fully closed for a couple days and now its half open. He has fowl lock’s disease because I can see many black spots on his comb, I know how to treat that but not the eye injury. I’ve heard terramycin is good but I don’t know how to apply it to him. If you know how to please let me know.
