Eye injury or infection

I have a turkey that I noticed yesterday at feeding time that her right eye was closed, today it seemed fine then she started closing it again like she cant keep it open, doesn't look like it is injured, no swelling, I dont know if she got pecked in the eye or if it is a sinus infection, how can I tell???

I'd just wait and see. It does not sound too serous as of yet.
