Her conjunctiva, the pink tissue surrounding the eye is swollen and visible. This could be caused by a sinus infection from MG a respiratory disease in chickens, or it could be swollen from a peck, infection, even a tumor. MG or mycoplasma gallisepticum, is a chronic respiratory disease (CRD) that is passed through hatching eggs or from direct contact with the organism from chickens or other poultry. Does she have any bubbles or foam that show up, any sneezing more than a normal occasional sneeze from dust, or does she act lethargic? I would treat her eye with either Terramycin eye ointment, any leftover eye antibiotic medication from cataract surgery, or plain Neosporin. Use it twice a day in the eye, after cleaning any eye drainage. If she has any other symptoms, Tylosin or Tylan is a good treatment.

I haven’t noticed any other symptoms. No bubbles or foam, she is not lethargic, seems healthy otherwise.
