Eye Issue!

I have a chick with an eye that is either sealed shut or missing! I think it's just not opened properly. The chick is only about 18 hours old, seems to be doing well otherwise but is still in a locked down bator as his brothers and sisters are hatching out. Should I worry and take him out now or should I be patient, wait until the lockdown is complete and then treat him?

Ya I would wait until the hatch is complete. Then treat with Terrimycin eye ointment. Good luck!
