I wish I knew what the problem is with her eye, but after looking for any disease that sounds similar, I can't seem to find an answer. Did she have a Mareks vaccine? Mareks has 4 categories of illness--the skin form can cause skin lesions, and Mareks can cause weight loss. This is just a guess. Eye irritation from too much light in the coop, or a strong ammonia odor can irritate the eyes causing watering and redness. Can you try feeding her scrambled eggs, low salt meats, dry cat food, or other high protein foods? Tube feeding may also be a n option. Do you have access to a vet who will see chickens?
