Eye Swollen Shut, multiple chickens affected, help!!

@Wyorp Rock here are pics. Her behavior is normal other than shes a little jumpy since she cant see out of that eye.
It looks like there is a scab on the outside of the eye. She may have been pecked or some other type of injury. It would be good to try to take a look inside the eye, she may have some pus or debris that needs to be removed. Flush well with saline and apply your ointment.

Does the other one have any scabs or pus in the eye too?

You may be dealing with a respiratory illness. I would still open the eye and look for pus.
If you have vet care that's best.
Eyes still need to be flushed out and any pus/debris removed. An antibiotic like Tylan50 may help with secondary infection if you it's an illness like Mycoplasma.

Is there a way to know is it's a respiratory infection! Will the Tylan hurt them if its not? Our farm supply didnt have the Terramycin but I had some regular neosporin and used that on them both.
I am going to tractor supply to get the Terramycin and the Tylan and start it asap. Is there a need to separate them at this point since most likely all have been exposed to it.

The sticky feathers really has me puzzled, and they are only ones with them.

Where on the body are the sticky feathers?

I would only treat the ones that have symptoms (swelling of the eyes). If they are able to eat/drink and are not being picked on, then you can leave them with the flock if you prefer. Separation may make it easier for you to treat, that would be up to you, but you are right, the others have already been exposed.

Tylan is a good antibiotic and is usually well tolerated. It won't necessarily "hurt" them to treat if you suspect they have respiratory illness like Mycoplasma. If the swelling is caused by a virus, then antibiotics may not help at all.

Are you seeing any sneezing or cough, or rattly or wheezy respirations? I agree it sounds like a respiratory disease such as MG, or if it smells very bad, it could possibly be coryza. Tylan can be used orally to treat MG. See a vet if possible to try and get testing, or antibiotics.

I was able to wash their eyes really good yesterday afternoon and got discharge out of both of them and dirt and debris. Coated them good with Terramycin. Morning update, they both seem a little better this morning. The swelling on my domin. has gone down some and the other eye hasn't been affected yet. The polish had a crack in one eye this morning and was moving around pretty good. I have isolated them together with food and water and they seem happy being away from others to not get stepped on, etc. they are buddies, so I am thinking they just shared an eye infection with each other. I havent noticed any sneezing, coughing, or smelly discharge from either of them, and they are both eating and drinking really well.

I will continue treating until I see healing. We cannot find the antibiotic at any of our local stores. No other birds are showing any signs, so I am hoping its stays confined to just them. I will keep an eye out for anything strange though. thank you so much @Wyorp Rock! I also figured out the sticky feathers are from them wiping their eyes, ducking their heads in their wings to rub their eyes. I'm guessing they might itch, or they are just trying to clear drainage.

Glad the swelling is going down a bit in the Dom. If possible, flush out the eye and apply the Terramycin 2-3 times a day. Hopefully that will take care of it.
Tylan50 can be hard to find I noticed. Seems like a lot of places are out of stock. If you think you may need to treat them, you can also use Tylosin soluble (Tylan), this can be ordered online.
