eyes closed, sleeping a lot but otherwise looking normal

Well $200 AUD later for the vet nothing conclusive in faecal testing they said some cocci present some worm eggs although not viable sent me home with wormer tablet, cocci meds and probiotic.
Hmm..a bit disappointed really..
Hope they improve now and I can have the happy chicken journey I was imagining..
 
I hope everything goes okay for you. One thing I would mention is that adding chickens to your flock should be a long process - keeping them separated for at least a month to be sure they aren't introducing new health problems.

Thanks yes they are kind of two separate flocks flocks for which I am thankful for now. Little ones are out back in brooder and tractor for run.
The two new pullets are in the main coop run..
