Rose remembered slightly about Twig and felt a twinge of grief. "I'm sorry." Rose said. Not knowing how to comfort Fern.Fern nodded. “Of course.”
She thought for a moment, then sighed. “I’m doubting myself with this broodiness I’ve been feeling. I just hate losing chicks. You saw what just happened to Doe. And after Twig…” she closed her eyes in sorrow.
