Shapeless shadows danced around gracefully along the ground surrounding the little dragoness, morphing and growing as the black silhouettes above came nearer. The dragons tilted their tremendous wings as they alighted slowly beside her, leaving her no place to escape, not even the slightest crevice remained from between their brutish black bodies. They all stifled hearty laughs as their whip-like tails lashed from side to side, their glaring eyes gazed right through her, an amused countenance plastering their cruel faces.

Fear parted the crowd as he walked through them, his four laughing red eyes meeting her nervous ones. "Who have we here?" he rhetorically asked aloud, bowling the much smaller dragon over with a swipe of his large black foot, his dangerous cobalt talons ominously close to sinking themselves through her scales and into her flesh as he held her down. "Hello, darling," he crooned, the poison-laced words smoothly and chillingly rolling off of the black tongue that wriggled now and then from between his ivory jaws, "To what do I owe the pleasure of having you, child? Are you here... for dinner, perhaps?"

Frill purred softly as she lay on her back in the moonlight. The stone was still hot from the sun and breeze was gentle and warm, she was about as comfortable as she could get.

She cowered below him, not meeting his gaze. A shudder past through her body as she replied "F-F-Fear, the legendary leader of the B-Black Dragons. I come here as a l-loyal servant, who wishes to serve this Clan in any way I possibly can" She lowered her head even further until she was lieing face down at his feet.

His quill-ended scales crowning his cheeks flared and his eyes flashed with interest, "Surely there is a bigger reason you came all this way." he said, touching a wickedly curved claw to her jaw and drawing it along her chin and grinning.

She flinched at his touch, drawing back in fear "My parents spoke highly of you, when they past I could think of no other place to come"

"They spoke highly of me..." he said, a smirk touching his face, "Interesting." he added thoughtfully. "Servant, ah?" he said, tapping his claw to his chin, "Well then. Let's see if you can..." he took a look around, "Say, how about you sharpen Shadow's claws a bit? They look like they could use a little touch-up." he chuckled, motioning to the large, black dragon who shone emerald under the light, his face framed in a long, tattered frill. The dragon overheard and grinned, extending a foot for her to service.

She cautiously crept over to him and grabbed a rock, then set to work sharpening. She moved the rock slowly alone his claws one at a time, removing the outter layer and exposing the new, sharper laying underneath. A few times she even bit down slightly with her teeth to remove bits of dirt and grime on them. Once she was done she placed the rock on the floor and waited for their reaction, wiping the dirt from her teeth.

He lifted his sharp claws up to the moonlight and examined them, "Fine job," he said, then chuckled, "Now do the next." he added, placing his other foot in front of her.

She took the rock again and rubbed it slowly over the claws, on the last claw she found a hard peice of mud and rubbed it off with her teeth. She took the whole foot in her wings and began cleaning it of all the dirt and debris collected on it, turning it over gently in her small wings. Once it was clean she massaged it, starting around his toes and working her way all the way up to his shoulder.
