"Hmmm," said Fear, walking about the plateau, before stalking over to Guinevere's cave. "You," he said, kneeling onto his elbows where he reached her level, "If you want to ensure that you survive tonight's task I suggest you do a check on everybody's claws so that they'll be ready to intervene when their cue comes." he ordered, his tone having a slight hiss.
She nodded quickled, shrinking back away from his teeth before scrambling over to the nearest warrior with her rock. Grabbing the first foot in her wing she slid the stone across it, using tongue to soften the caked dirt before scraping it off with her claw. Once they were sharp she flicked out her tongue and washed them, leaving them shinny. She placed the foot gently on the ground and reached up with her wings to massage his leg, starting at his foot between his toes and around the pads before working her way up his leg. The dragon was so large compared to her that should couldn't even reached his shoulder, even though she was standing on her hind legs with her front paw stretched out in front of her. It took awhile but eventully all his claws were sharp and she moved on to the next dragon, doing the same thing for all of them. Her whole body shook with fear at the thought of the mission and as she was cleaning the dirt out her claw slipped and dislodged one of his scales. Insantly a small patch of blood began to well up from the missing scale and she froze, terrified and not daring to move, streched as far as she could up his leg.
