Clarification: if you post it, and a friend replies to it, thier friends can see your post, and all the replies, including the friend's. Which is how granny found out my sis is uh... making poor choices in men.

Not only do I not accept friend requests from strangers, about half the time I don't accept invites from people I know. I have a strict "no student" policy. I also am wary of friending people I work with. I figure Facebook is there for me to share with my friends, not my acquaintances. I'm actually going back and deleting people that annoy me on there and people that just don't need to know what I am up to. Guess it goes back to being a hermit.

No not the whole page as long as you have yours private. I have tried you an't view private pages unless you are "friends".
And that is a big fat NO! for me.
I see where people friend request tons of people and feed them a virus, they are not even real people. Then if I don't know them really why should I talk to them

I make very few friend requests, but 90% are to BYC peeps. I always put my BYC name in the message.
I accept friend requests made directly, but only if there is associated info. It's obvious its a BYC peep, even if they don't put their screen name, when they have 30+ friends in common. My high school & college friends don't have that many!

I have friended a couple of people for Castle Age, but I snoop them out first and they always have to put "CA" on the friend request message. Most of them are drawn to me because of my battle name, "Chick in Chainmail." Apparently that stands out

But friend requests with no info, no mutual friends? Those I turn down. And I very VERY rarely follow friend suggestions.

Sadly, there are some folks from high school that I'm ready to unfriend. They are, erm, buttheads. The strangers from Castle Age have been way cooler and more interesting.
