Good for you! You are lucky.
I used to run online business from 1998-2006 mailing hundreds of small packages a week via USPS.
I had many problems with delivery, to various parts of US some were better some were worse.
In many cases USPS destroyed my package (running it over with postal truck - tire marks on the package proved it) then they sent it back 2 months later.
When the times were good and they were long lines of customers lining up in front of any UPSP window. quite few of their employes were rude, lazy, and selfserving jerks.
They were sacred cows of the system protected by union and confident of their fob security.
I am sorry for every US worker who lost job in latest recession/depression.
Not for any single USPS postal worker though. Finely reality cought up with some of them.
I could not care less if USPS is going bankrupt, perhaps it's a time to cut some more fat. instead of raising rates every few months now.
Life will go on and other carriers will take over.
