Where did you get them?

A friend and his wife. They are both having back surgery, so they needed to downsize. I got all their Golden-laced, Silver-laced, Chocolate, Chocolate Cuckoo, Lavender Cuckoo, and Buff English Orpingtons plus an extra Red male (who is a professed lover of other male chickens so completely worthless for breeding), three Black males, and a White hen on breeder loan. I brought home 35 or 36 birds. Plus a few eggs from the nest boxes.

The Lavender hen is pretty because you can't really tell that she's Cuckoo. The Chocolate Cuckoo hen is also pretty. The males are just blech.
